2. Nature of content and disclaimer
Content on this website—including articles, guides, event listings, and downloadable materials—provides general lifestyle information about regular water drinking habits. It is not medical, dietetic, psychological, or emergency advice and is not a substitute for professional care tailored to you.
You are responsible for how you apply any information. Consult an accredited practising dietitian, medical practitioner, or other qualified clinician for advice about fluid restrictions, pregnancy, chronic conditions, or symptoms that concern you. In an emergency, call 000 (Australia) or your local emergency number.
We aim to present information accurately but do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free at all times.
3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other mandatory laws that cannot be excluded.
Where our services are supplied to consumers and a consumer guarantee applies, our liability for failure to comply with that guarantee is limited—where permitted—to resupply of the services or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. For major failures, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund or compensation. For minor failures, you are entitled to have the failure remedied within a reasonable time.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the site unlawfully or in breach of Queensland or Commonwealth law;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
- introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code;
- scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that burdens our infrastructure;
- submit false, defamatory, harassing, or misleading contact messages;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with us;
- use content to imply our endorsement without written permission.
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these terms are breached.
5. Workshops and events
Event descriptions on the site are invitations to register interest. Attendance may be subject to separate conditions communicated at registration (capacity, safety, photography, cancellation). We may reschedule or cancel events; we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license copyright in text, design, logos, images, and code on this website. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, publish, or commercially exploit content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by fair dealing provisions in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
“Energbiosex.world” and associated branding must not be used in a manner likely to mislead consumers under the ACL or the Australian Consumer Law and trade mark laws.

Our site may link to external websites (for example maps). We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their practices. Access is at your own risk; review their terms and privacy policies.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for loss or damage arising from these terms or use of the site is limited, at our option, to resupply of the relevant services or AUD $100, whichever is greater, except where a higher minimum is required by the ACL.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by our fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy, cookies, and AI transparency
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and APPs), including disclosures about artificial intelligence and automated processing in Section 5. 13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the Commonwealth laws of Australia applying in Queensland. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Before commencing court proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting us at the email in Section 1. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
